Chiplo - Fruit Smoothie
I call this: चिप्लो (Chiplo: Nepali for "Smooth")

Calories: Approx 200 calories
Ingredients:
2 Cups of ice
2 Large bananas
3/4 Cup frozen strawberries
1/2 Cup frozen raspberries
1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
1 Cup non-fat yogurt
1 Cup skim milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend it all together! For more flavor, you could add sugar. For thickness, add more yogurt, and if you want it thinner, add some more skim milk.
